  • Inspired by Prenatal Celebration CirclesMelissa AbernathyEmily Bayus, and I - are excited to begin offering Postpartum Honoring Circles—a tender space for new mothers to be held, witnessed, and supported in the sacred unfolding of matrescence.

This chapter of life—the threshold of becoming a mother—asks everything of us. It is powerful, vulnerable, beautiful, and often unseen. In modern culture, postpartum care often focuses only on the baby, when what is most needed is to mother the mother—to gather around her with presence, care, and reverence for what she is going through.

We are not meant to do this alone.

Postpartum Honoring Circles are a call back to community: to remind new mothers they are not alone, they are not invisible, and their experience matters. These circles offer connection, affirmation, and support in navigating the emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation of early motherhood.

This circle is open to women in the early postpartum period (within one year of giving birth) with their babies, as well as to women beyond this stage who feel called to support mothers navigating the early days of this profound transformation.

Our first gathering will be on Tuesday, August 26th from 10 am to 12 pm. Sign up here!

  • Join me for a Therapeutic Yoga class designed to support deep healing and offer tools you can carry with you off the mat.

This class was born in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, created as a safe space for mothers to connect and find grounding tools during an uncertain time. It quickly became a powerful and nourishing offering and I’ve been wanting to offer it again since then!

Given the current state of our world, and the need for safe spaces for women to gather and be in relationship, I decided to expand it as an all women’s class.

This 7-month series follows the path of the seven chakras. Each month, we’ll explore one chakra through sharing, postures, mudras (hand gestures), breathing practices, and yoga Nidra—all designed to cultivate the core qualities of that energy center.

You’ll leave with a deep awareness of how you are currently relating to that center in your body, and tools to reconnect with it in your day to day.

Come to one class, a few, or all seven!

This series is open to women of all ages and stages, with the intention of honoring the full arc of womanhood—maiden, matriarch, wild woman, and wise woman.

My hope as that these monthly gatherings will revive in us the intergenerational wisdom of shared space and collective practice.

Sliding scale $18 to $28 per class.

    We will gather on:

    Wednesday, 9/10 from 6:30 to 7:45 pm
    Wednesday, 10/15 from 6:30 to 7:45 pm

    Tuesday, 11/11 from 6:00 to 7:15 pm
    Tuesday 12/16 from 6:00 to 7:15 pm

  • Please join Katie Martin of Attune Reiki and I for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra with live Sound Healing.

We collaborated once and could not wait to do it again, so we’ve made it into a monthly thing!

Our first one will be on September 5th, for children from 8 to 14 years old and their parents/caregivers.

This is an opportunity for you to rest, receive, restore and witness yourself in a space of complete surrender and letting go.

Yoga Nidra is my favorite practice to share from all the Therapeutic Yoga Tools I’ve learned throughout my training.

No experience necessary, all you have to do for this practice is lie down, close your eyes, and listen.

    Sep 5th - Kids 8-14 and their caregiver(s)

    Oct 21st

    Nov 24th

    Dec 9th

  • Mugwort Tea Ceremony with Brittany Derrenbacher & Ana Paliza-Brown at The Healing Collective

Join us for a heart-centered and spirit-led Mugwort Tea Ceremony, a sacred evening of connection, remembrance, and intuitive restoration.

This ceremony is co-facilitated by Brittany Derrenbacher of Sunshine Healing and Ana Paliza-Brown, who bring their shared devotion to healing, earth-based ritual, and feminine wisdom.

Mugwort has long been honored as a plant ally for dreaming, menstrual work, protection, and spiritual clarity. Together in a circle of women, we will sip a gentle infusion of mugwort -from plants grown in Ana’s garden- and drop into the liminal space it offers — the threshold between seen and unseen, waking and dreaming.

Through guided meditation, energy work, and somatic practices, we will open ourselves to what wants to be revealed, released, or remembered.

This is a space to soften into your intuition, deepen your relationship with your inner knowing, and receive whatever messages may be waiting for you.

Expect a cozy, nourishing evening held with reverence, playfulness, and the wisdom of the group field. No prior experience is necessary — just bring your open heart, a journal, and your curiosity.

Space is limited. Women and femmes of all identities are welcome.
